In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context otherwise requires:

Term	Meaning
"Platform"	The r6789 website accessible at r6789.cam and all associated services, features, games, and tools made available thereon.
"Company", "We", "Us", "Our"	r6789, the operator and owner of the Platform.
"User", "You", "Your"	Any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the Platform.
"Account"	A registered user account on the Platform, uniquely associated with one individual.
"Terms"	These Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time.
"Bonus Funds"	Promotional credits or free-spin awards granted to a User by r6789 under the conditions of a specific promotion.
"Wagering Requirement"	The total amount a User must wager in qualifying bets before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.

"Real Money Funds"	Funds deposited into an Account using the User's own money, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Platform in any capacity, you unconditionally acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Platform and must not register an Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age.
2. You must have the full legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement under Indonesian law.
3. You must not be subject to any legal restriction, court order, or regulatory prohibition that would prevent you from participating in online betting or casino activities.
4. You must not hold, or have previously held, an Account on the Platform that was suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
5. You must not have registered for self-exclusion through r6789 or any third-party responsible gambling program that covers the Platform.
6. You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any other person or entity.

r6789 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and, if such evidence is not provided within a reasonable period, to restrict or suspend the Account pending verification.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, your date of birth, a valid email address, a valid Indonesian mobile number, and your Indonesian bank account or e-wallet details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account.

You must notify r6789 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. r6789 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

• Account registration is free of charge; r6789 does not charge a sign-up fee.
• One Account per household IP address is the default limit; exceptions require manual approval.
• Account details, including registered name and date of birth, cannot be altered after KYC verification is complete.
• r6789 reserves the right to decline any registration request at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

All Accounts are subject to mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. r6789 may request documentation at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or at any point during the lifetime of your Account in accordance with our ongoing compliance obligations.

Standard KYC documentation requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, colour photograph or scan of your valid Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or SIM (driving licence), showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and document number.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past three months, showing your full name and current residential address in Indonesia.
• Selfie Verification: A clear, current photograph of you holding your identity document next to your face.
• Payment Method Verification: A screenshot or photograph of your bank passbook (buku tabungan), ATM card front, or e-wallet account screen showing your name and account number, to confirm ownership of the deposit method.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is fully approved. r6789 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving a complete document set, though this timeframe may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification steps are required.

All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) using one of the payment methods currently supported by r6789, which include bank transfers from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, and Bank Danamon, as well as the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The list of supported payment methods may be updated from time to time at r6789's sole discretion.

The following deposit conditions apply to all Accounts:

• The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced due-diligence requirements may apply to large deposits.
• All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered exclusively in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed if identified.
• r6789 does not charge a deposit fee. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which r6789 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within five minutes. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, you should contact our 24/7 support team with your transfer receipt.
• r6789 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of deposited funds for any amount deemed to require enhanced due diligence.
• Deposits confirmed to originate from third-party accounts, or from accounts in another person's name, will be reversed and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once your Account has been fully verified under the KYC process described in Section 5. Withdrawal requests submitted by unverified Accounts will be held in a pending state until verification is completed.

The following conditions govern all withdrawals from r6789:

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same bank account or e-wallet used to make the most recent deposit on your Account. Where this is not possible, withdrawal to a different account in your own name requires additional verification documentation.
• r6789 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee. Your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may charge their own fees, over which r6789 has no control.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 5–30 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours (WIB). Withdrawals submitted outside banking hours or on national public holidays in Indonesia may take longer.
• Before any withdrawal of funds that include or have been influenced by Bonus Funds, all applicable wagering requirements must be fully satisfied.
• r6789 reserves the right to conduct additional security and compliance checks prior to processing any withdrawal. In such cases, the processing period may be extended by up to five business days.
• If a withdrawal is not received within 24 hours of being marked "Processed" by r6789, please contact our support team with the relevant transaction reference number.

r6789 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to the general conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from those funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and qualifying game categories are stated on each promotion page.
• Time Limits: Bonuses expire within the period stated on the relevant promotion page. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held on an Account at any given time. You must complete or forfeit an existing bonus before claiming a new one.
• Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino and sports betting contributions vary and are published on the promotion page.
• Maximum Bet While Bonus is Active: While Bonus Funds are active on your Account, the maximum permissible bet per round or event is Rp 200.000 or the stated promotion maximum, whichever is lower. Bets exceeding this limit will not count towards wagering requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Abuse Prevention: r6789 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where evidence of bonus abuse, hedging, arbitrage betting, or collusion is identified.
• One Bonus per Household: Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are limited to one per household, IP address, and payment method.

r6789 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling and to providing players with the tools they need to keep their gaming activity within healthy limits. The following responsible gaming features are available to all Account holders free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits. Once a loss limit is reached, further real-money bets are suspended until the next limit period begins.
• Session Time Reminders: You may configure alerts that notify you when you have been logged in and actively playing for a specified period of time.
• Cool-Off Period: You may request a temporary suspension of your Account for periods of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cool-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: You may request permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed and your Account will be closed. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. A breach of any of the prohibitions below will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds), and may result in civil or criminal proceedings being initiated against the User:

• Opening or operating more than one Account simultaneously, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any device that provides an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's games, payment systems, or bonus mechanics. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.

• Making deposits using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment instruments.

• Selling, transferring, or assigning your Account, Account balance, or any winnings to another individual.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, game content, and the compilation thereof — is the property of r6789 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing on the Platform shall be construed as granting any licence or right to use any trademark, logo, or other proprietary content without the prior written consent of r6789 or the relevant third-party rights holder.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, transmitting, modifying, creating derivative works from, or otherwise exploiting any part of the Platform for commercial purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, r6789, its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not r6789 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

r6789's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages shall in no event exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

r6789 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We will, however, use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure platform stability and to notify users of planned maintenance windows in advance wherever possible.

r6789 is not responsible for the actions, content, or data of third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Pocket Games Soft, or Spribe) beyond the obligations those providers owe r6789 under separate supplier agreements. Disputes regarding specific game outcomes certified by an independent RNG audit are final and not subject to reversal by r6789.

r6789 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion.
